KONA81 Pullkick is a training aid that combines the design features of a pullbuoy and a board, allowing swimmers to use it as either. Its distinctive features make it an invaluable accessory for any swimmer’s training sessions. This means swimmers can either train their arms first and then, straight afterwards, their legs or the other way round.

The Pullkick, also called a kick-buoy, is more suitable for intermediate or advanced swimmers as it offers only average buoyancy when used as a kickboard. Its dimensions have been carefully designed so as not to hinder swimming speed. If you want to work specifically on your core muscles, you can position the pull kick in-between your calves. It can also be used with an ankle band to totally immobilize your legs.

With the rubber-texture surface and rough gripping edges, the grooves ensure a non-slip grip during all training sessions. The softness of the foam it is made out of, so it will not irritate your skin as you quickly switch from using it as a kickboard to using it as a pullbuoy or the other way around.

Suggested Directions:

If you want to work specifically on your core muscles, you can position the pull kick in-between your calves. It can also be used with an ankle band to totally immobilize your legs.Depending on whether you push the board in front of you or put it between your legs and pull it along with you, you will be training either your leg or upper-body muscles and improving your stamina and technique at the same time. When training arm and upper body muscles, it will give your legs enough buoyancy to achieve the correct position in the water.
